The Police- Voices Inside My Head

This song is something else man. Sting plays a funky bass groove, while Andy lays out a reggae style rift, and Stewart does some weird jazz drumming. Very underrated police track for sure!

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

All music is shit music and no music is real- gunsnhalen

I love this track and album!! I was first introduced to it as the remixed version by E-Smoove on a tribal mixtape by Danny Tenaglia as a youngster. I thought the line was so haunting and researched the original... a great intro to a great band.

The entire Zenyatta Mondatta LP lays down some of the greatest basslines in rock history.
