Will We Ever See A Hip-Hop Group Do Super Bowl?

We already know white America is afraid of this. NO Black eyed soup peas don't count. There's barely been any Black artists on the Super Bowl. Do you think a hip-hop group could? or a solo star? Dr. Dre, Kanye, Jay-Z for sure. Could hold a show down.

Nelly, Puff Daddy, & Kid Rock was on the same show with Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake & Jessica Simpson. The others tend to be forgotten because of the Janet/Justin thing.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars were on there on year, that's like thirty black people!

I don't know why they wouldn't. If you said LMFAO don't count, I would agree.

MIA is actually of South Asian descent, but she's commonly mistaken for a Black person. I'm sure she digs that!
