I used to play the 45 constantly.

"Never Can Say Goodbye" is one of THE all time CLASSIC ballads. The original is still the best. Love the bass playing!

I don't have the album, but the songs I know are really great. Will have to pick up the album at some point.

Yes. And "Never can say goodbye". Absolutely looove those songs. And yes, the original version is absolutely the best.
