Yeah I surprisingly liked Miley. The most important part, the vocals, were strong. And the cat thing was funny. Girl has a sense of humor for sure.

I know Sony Music is trying very hard to push her as her generation's version of Mariah Carey, and she has a stunning voice. But if you have seen any of her shows on Nickelodeon (Victorious, Sam and Cat), her ditzy schtick can be quite grating. I think if she's allowed to break out of her whole child star image, she could be quite huge as a musical artist.

Pretty good, but she's no 90's Mariah, not by a long shot! Ariana's voice is a bit girly in comparison.

This is the first Mariah Carey vid that came up in my search, so not even her best, but her voice was ridiculously powerful and effortless at that time.

I liked Ariana (she's good but not as good as Mariah once was), Aguilera, and Gaga's performances.

I loved their performance. Heard their song on the movie The Host and been listening ever since. I also like their philanthropy...they started a charity named The Tyler Robinson Foundation... helping young people battling cancer.

The show was pretty bad. Like always. But this year I watched the latin Grammy's right before it, and while that was pretty bad too, and even tho didn't know who most of the artists were, it was nowhere near as bad as the AMA's.
