Nile Rodgers sits in with The Roots but you can't watch it... ...unless you're in the studio audience.

They play during the commercial breaks but not on the air. All you get are brief snippets leading into and out of the commercial. There is a funny story about the inspiration for the song Le Freak at 12:00 which is entertaining but I want to hear the music!
Fallon's show does this periodically. The great Mick Taylor sat in with The Roots recently and all you got were those damn snippets.
