Hawkwind -Fable of a Failed Race

Hawkwind were one of the earliest spacy sounding bands. I would highly recomend that lovers of bands like Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Blue Oyster Cult and Creame check them out. Their first 10 or so albums have some interesting music on them.

I was at an OHM show not too long ago and Nik Turner came to sit in.
Sat right beside me and when OHM finished their first set he turns and says, "How ya gonna follow that eh?"

He was accompanied by a camera crew who were getting footage for an upcoming documentary.

I recently "discovered" these guys. I'm a big fan of Motorhead and was interested to hear what Lemmy did earlier in his career. They are obviously very different than Motorhead but I enjoyed the handful of albums that I heard (everything with Lemmy except for Warrior on the Edge of Time which is a bit scarce).
