Pinnick Gales Pridgen Pinnick Gales Pridgen is: • dUg Pinnick - Bass and Vocals (King's X) • Eric Gales - Guitar and Vocals (Eric Gales Band, Lauryn Hill) • Thomas Pridgen - Drums (ex Mars Volta) It’s often been said that three-piece bands are the most expressive and most balanced musical units known to the rock world. Cream, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Rush, The Police, Primus … These legendary acts struck upon the correct ratio of musicianship and progressive songwriting by exploring uncharted musical territories while highlighting the individual talents within their collective ranks. Now Magna Carta Records unveils Pinnick Gales Pridgen a visionary power trio (emphasis on power) and a supergroup to boot, which is sure to take its rightful place in rock’s hallowed halls.

I haven't gotten it yet, but I have been following Eric Gales' commentary and clips on YT and FB. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

Meh.
I dunno who Pinnick is. But Eric Gales isn't saying anything musically that hasn't been said before in a pentatonic scale and Pridgen's pocket is too flashy for me (plus he dogged my brother out, but that's another matter).

I'm sure that could be pinned on any number of guitarists in the Blues-Rock genre. "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."
