I'd like to be yours
Tomorrow
So I'm giving you some time
To think it over today

I think this is a great song considering it was the first Michael Jackson wrote. Of course he got a lot better as a songwriter over the years but I don't think he should've been embarrassed about this one.

Of course not. Very beautiful production and his vocals are flawless. I also like that the lyrics are simple because it doesnt over power the creative production.

Exactly, it's just cause a long time ago when I read his autobiography Moonwalk, he said how he wouldn't even like to listen to it. And I was thinking back then that I actually loved this song LOL, but I guess I see where he's coming from. The artist doesn't see his work in the same way as his audience. I feel the same way when I make videos, everyone around me loves them, and then all I see are the flaws and how I can improve, I guess even great musicians/artists are like that too!

^ lol I think everyone who is into art/dance/creativity is like that. I am like that as well. Its nothing wrong with being that way because that is how you grow but it is always interesting how people view your works differently than how you view it.

I'm pretty sure Prince never spins "For You" anymore.

True true, artists are not nearly as obsessed with their work as their fans are.
