Not even up for debate - 'The Night I Fell in Love'. It's Luther's 'Purple Rain'. Tight from start to finish.

Woah, I had no idea he did a cover of "Creepin".

Never Too Much is a classic, unbeatable.

But I really like Busy Body (1983) as well!

There's also a really nice gospel-flavored ballad written by Marcus Miller called "Love Me Again" on 1993's Never Let Me Go.

Are u in the states?

Here, they play the hell out of "Creepin'" on Urban AC stations. Many stations play "If Only For One Night" and "Creepin'" back to back. In a lot of circles, Luther's version is more popular than Stevie's.

I like the "Busy Body" album also. You can't beat "Make Me A Believer." music

As for the "Never Let Me Go" album, I always rank it as a least favorite Luther album, but I find myself listening to it a lot....so I must like it. lol

I guess I would say that "Your Secret Love" is my favorite 90s album from him, followed by "Never Let Me Go."

I think we all will agree that "Songs" is his worst 90s album. lol

That's a badass groove headbang I think his best uptempo songs are on this album. There is also "Sugar And Spice" and of course, the classic title track.

Does anyone like any of his output from "The Power of Love" until he passed? No one is mentioning these albums.

Do you mean his 90s period? His best 90s album for me is I Know. Highly underrated.
