Building the web site and store would run $10,000 – $20,000. Managing it from then on will vary wildly depending on who is doing the updates. If she is paying a PR firm to do it then it could be thousands of dollars a month. If one of her personal assistants is doing it the cost is probably pretty low. The site is most likely managed by LiveNation as part of her recording and promotional deal, which means the costs are very low because the work is done by a team that works on dozens of other sites.
