Is Tyler The creator Worth Getting into?

I have heard about 6 or 7 of his songs.... only 2 of them i really dig. And Odd future themselves are so eh to me the mixtapes i heard.

I tried getting into Lil b to...... terrible just can't lol

So should i listen to some of his mixtapes? or all of Goblin? i heard some of Goblin and it seem's overhyped. So should i try bastard? or is he really not worth getting into?

Thought's?

Tyler is amazing, but somewhat of an acquired taste maybe? He's one of my favorite artists of the last few years. I've also met him twice smile

Anyway, yeah, listen to Bastard, Goblin, and Odd Future Tape Vol 2.

If you don't dig him after that then you don't dig him, but at least you gave him a fair shot.

I think he's fucking dope as hell, personally. Any time his vocal tone hits, it's just the highlight of the song for me.

Have you heard this one?

Actually yeah! i dig that song & yonkers...and there was another one i put on my ipod... girl or her? something like that.

But the other tracks i heard where mixed to me, mainly his stuff about bitching about blog posts that... nobody toda even cares about kind of annoyed me lol

But i think i'll give bastard a chance.

He's ok, most of his songs are hit or miss to me. I really like "VCR Wheels", "She" and "Yonkers" though. biggrin

Yeah he is worth getting into. Get Goblin and Bastard, but if I were you I'd start with Bastard.

Odd Future Tape Volume 2 was weak to me. But I really dig Earl, Domo Genesis, Tyler, the Creator, and Frank mostly.
