Not an official remix but they added Michaels vocals and slightly changed the music.

I heard that Michael Jackson was asked to duet on this, but he wasn't available, so Whitney recorded it solo. George was asked to sing on it when it was released as a single.

I really dislike George Michael's voice. On this atleast.

Yea I heard that.. That would have been epic to finally have them two on a song together Michael wanted to work with her to. I could see Michael singing on this song.

Whitney turned down I Just Can't Stop Loving You. She did 4 duets with Jermaine though.

She was too busy to record it at the time. She didn't turn it down.

Whitney toured like crazy back in the day. Her first major tour was over 120 dates.

That's nothing compared to BB King who toured just about all year for a long time. A lot of old acts did 2 to 6 shows a day, everyday.

I'm not knocking BB King, but for a power belter like Whitney who doesn't lip sync that's a long time.

George is normally an outstanding singer, but this is one of his weakest performances on record. I've warmed to it over the years, but I still prefer the original.
