Youtube had once their Soul Train appearance where they performed "Are You Single" and "Make Up Your Mind",

and it included a brief band introduction + interview with them. The late Don Cornelius was visibly impressed by

Starleanna's appearance and said to her at the end of the interview: "And i'll see YOU backstage..."

Both Steve Washington and Raymond Jackson were doing bad ass bass licks for Aurra's recordings.

In that official promo clip of "Are You Single" and during their Soul Train-appearance,

Steve is chopping the axxe and Raymond is slanging that bass. Also in those clips you

can see keyboardist Philip Field. He and Raymond joined Mtume around 1983.
