The lovelorn vocal styles are overpowering. Thank you, Joe. I like all of the above songs, especially the first one by Lex Land. I'm not very familiar with her work, but now I want to know more about her and Tina Dico. I've been missing out.

I thought you'd appreciate them. Lex has only 2 CD's out, while Tina has about 7. Get them on amazon used. To me their voices are very soulful and touching, and I don't get touched too often. It's takes forever to try to reply to these threadS. Must be a slow server? BTW Lex was on The US Version of The Voice this year, but I have known her since her first CD in 2008. I think Amazon recommended her after I was looking to see If Fiona Apple had something coming out at that time.

Following her supporting for Prince, and dropping into the Hackney Academy for Q+As on the music industry recently, Delilah has released details for her next single in the build up to her debut album, From The Roots Up.

“Inside My Love” was originally recorded by Minnie Ripperton in the 70s, and Delilah has given it perfect justice in her remake here. I genuinely feel Delilah is the best female vocalist in the UK currently, her voice is just, without meaning to sound clichéd, is enchanting, but also managing to be dark at points too. So very excited for the album’s release.

“Inside My Love” will be released on July 15th, with the album, From The Roots Up being released on July 30th.

Ginger started a pledge music campaign last november and it reached 100% within days, his plan was to record and release 30 songs over 3 cd's, by march he deleted all physical copies of the album when it reached 555%. All pledgers voted for their favourite 3 tracks on each disc when they were released for download over 3 consectuve fridays at 5.55pm and then Ginger compiled the favourite tracks onto a 12 track retail version called 100% released this monday. My pledge 3 disc set arrived today.
