I was surprised at all the unknown music I saw on the list of samples he used for MBDTF.

From King Crimson. Apparently someone he works with saw a T-shirt with the album cover and listened to the album with Kanye. Kanye and him chopped it up and put the 21st Centruy Schzoid Man sample in it and it fit perfectly.

I dunno...he's amazing at what he does. From what I been hearing though, he does beats less and less by himself nowadays. The last beat he actually sat down and did himself was Otis, and only because of a challenge.

Love both tracks! about 2 years ago or so i started searching for the samles he used for this & Late Registration.

I know there is much debate, but i think Kanye is very creative with his samples as Timmy & Smooth mentioned.
