I dig this song! Loveboy seem to be seen by the lesser of those arena rock bands of the 80's. But they do have some jams Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

This is the kind of stuff I listened to in the 1980's. I didn't listen to much R&B radio after 1984. I'm like Vainandy, most of it didn't appeal to me. I was Top 40 and MTV. Loverboy was one of those bands that missed the boat of becoming an arena/stadium rock band. I don't know how popular they were perhaps they appealed to the college crowd. This was a good tune definitely underrated but their best tune will always be 'Working For The Weekend' in some radio stations its still played every Friday at 5pm | |
