This a good book with lots of photos. It has a discography including solo albums & side projects.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

All I know of the Eagles is Hotel California, but this has always been my favorite song off that album.

Cool. I'll put it on the "to read" list.

The hipster in me still appreciates Glenn Frey's songs. The nostalgist in me still appreciates Don Henley's songs.

So I still like the Eagles

I think Joe Walsh is in Ringo's All Starr Band this year.

Even Long Road Out Of Eden? That's a good one.

Yeah, it was released in 2007 and was their first album of all new studio recordings since 1980's The Long Run. It's a double CD album and was only sold in Wal-Mart, but I've seen the vinyl version in other record stores. I guess because Wal-Mart doesn't sell records.

This is one of my favorites from Long Road.
