Great performance by Ms. Janet. I own this dvd and I've watched it so many times over the years. "The Velvet Rope" tour is just amazing in every way. It's Janet's absolute best in terms of theatrics, creativity, costumes, choreography, etc. I love it.
"And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

This would have been a good performance to do at her number ones show

Too bad the single bombed. Amazing tour amazing album. She'll never be able to beat it no matter how hard she tries. It's just that good.

I agree.
I just hope if she is working on a new album, the album is alot more sincere, political and covers more social concepts. Just overall more Janet input and creativity...

Considering she dumped Jermaine and is on a different label I'm sure it probably will be

When did she sign 2 a label? Last I heard, she didn't have a label. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

She's with A&M again right? Her first album with them was Number Ones.

Technically, no. That is just a greatest hits package that was a joint deal with A&M, IDJ, and Virgin. "Make Me" is owned by Janet as an independent. So is "Nothing."
The last interview I read/heard her mentioning music, she said that she planned to do more music, but was considering doing just singles. She also said she hadn't decided whether she was going to sign with a label or do it independently. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
