You can't really tell from the video. I doubt it was crack though. At that stage in his career he would have been doing lots of coke, not crack.

Change it one more time..

When he got kicked out of N.E he went buck! He said it! Didn't he get kicked out in like 1986? He was smoking weed atleast B4 than as well. I wont point fingers BUT he was ahead of the game, just saying.

rolleyes

The whole N.E. was not squeaky clean themselves. They were doing everything & more.I hate when people always focus on Bobby like he was the only person doing naughty things. He just was a free spirit person & didn't hide anything like the others do.

We KNOW but atleast they are classy with their struggles when/if they had them...not out getting arrested, acting out, etc! They are in the public eye, why put it on display. Is that what free spirits do?! There is a line. Sorry for noticing some stuff over 20+ years! Poor Bobby right....

He DID have talent. It's ashame that he wasted it. He's really aged over the years. His voice is not nearly the same as it was in the 80's and early 90's. I'm sure drugs and smoking are the cause. It's too bad because I liked his music. What's the deal with his Masterpiece album? Will that ever drop? I know it will suck. But I just can't ignore it.

Bobby was voted out - and N.E. were against the idea (they said their manager at the time put them up to it) - due to him performing out of cue. He did that on his own to outshine Ralph Tresvant. Bobby's ego couldn't take it that another singer was getting all the love so he wanted to show out. See for yourself in their Behind the Music documentary, there's actually footage of Bobby, who was only 15, 16 when he started doing that, doing anything to upstage Ralph (N.E. members also contended that they couldn't stand Ralph either for being lead vocalist especially Bobby and Ricky). All of them used weed at young ages and Bobby might've been drawn to alcohol at first. I think he said his father was a drunk so alcoholism and drug addiction was probably hereditary in that family. Bobby began using cocaine around the time Don't Be Cruel dropped but it wasn't until after the Bobby album was released that he began using heavy dosages and then he got off on smoking heroin as well as primo - which is what he and Whitney were using (I'm guessing rock cocaine was a politically correct term, but the real name was primo. Marvin Gaye used primo after he blew a hole in his nose and so did Ike Turner). His drug use was gradual to say the least.

Really? What is his new musical direction? I've only heard & seen clips of him performing these days, I wont comment on that.

lol The Ralph incident(they were likely the closest later on). It was brewing before than, he was pretty wild outside of not being a group member. Its been well reported and said by them. They were supposed to be a 'nice' group and he was just bad for business. Sure they all probably were jealous of Ralph but the others fell in line and played their positions. Cant let one guy push buttons.

Their boy used to say Bobby would slap women's asses and had to be thrown out of an airport for calling a stewardess a "bitch" so he definitely was out there. He was the original "bad boy" of boy bands lol

You can't have somebody unpredictable like that. I know groups are tough but he was a habitual line stepper! Why should folks always bend for King Bobby rolleyes ?! Lots of folks wasn't having it.

All I'm saying is atleast be decent acting if you aren't decent looking. Bobby should've been a ray of sunshine.

Unbelievable isn't it. I have nothing against the guy at all but damn let's not pretend

the guy hasn't brought a lot of problems he has or has had on himself with his boorish

behavior. Just because his ex wife had her share of problems doesn't excuse him from

criticism or just because he had a massive hit in the 90's that everybody loves.

Don't laugh at my funk

SFTA Flashback: Being Bob...ULL VIDEO]

Feb, 22 2012

Remember when Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston used to romp through the streets of Atlanta with chubby lil Bobbi Kristina in tow?

Now that Whitney’s gone (RIP Nippy), there’s been all this talk about how Bobby ruined America’s princess. There’s no doubt that they both were a bit over the top, but as adults, aren’t we all responsible for our own actions?

Many have spoken about how Brown was even omitted from Houston’s obituary/funeral program, as if his period of time in her never existed.

The world will forever be divided about Whitney & Bobby but after seeing Bobby Jr. crying o...s shoulder after the Browns were booted from “asked” to leave Whitney’s funeral, it’s hard not to understand why he felt the need to post that profanity filled rant.

But I digress…

It’s a sad situation all the way around, but we still have “Being Bobby Brown,” so they will forever be a part of Whitney’s history.

On that note, let’s re-visit the pilot episode for “Being Bobby Brown”

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince
