The body is still in the hotel, and people are downstairs partying at the same hotel? Hollywood Babylon. It's rude, crass, & sickening. They should've cancelled that shit. That's the death site. I'm watching CNN and they're talking about it.

I've been coming to this site for awhile and I hope you all got what you wanted. It doesn't matter if you liked her music or not, she never did anything to personally offend you. She was loved by many, and for the first time ever, I truly understand the meaning of "Rest in Peace". May she finally rest in peace from the haters, media and parasites that were in her life and contributed(along with herself) to her unfortunately death.

You know, the comforting thing about her passing is she first took the stage singing a gospel song and left this earth having sung a gospel song. The end of her journey and truly end of an era in music.

I just doubt the the LAPD coroner gives a shit bout some pre grammy party to keep the body in storage in a hotel room. Im sure they've moved it.

The coroners vehicle is there, that is what they reported. Even if the body has been moved, she died a few hours ago, and the party is at the same hotel. Eerie, and strange to say the least. Another party would not be missed.

Classless music industry to carry on with the party.

Clive Davis was not in attendance though.

Whitney Houston Found Dead in the Bathtub Beverly Hilton hotel employees tell TMZ ... Whitney Houston was found dead in the bathtub of her room. As we previously reported, a member of Whitney's entourage discovered her responsive and called hotel security, who then called 911. We're told police arrived to the scene within minutes and fire was already there on an unrelated call. Paramedics performed CPR, but it did not work and she was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM. Our sources say there were no obvious signs of foul play, but BH PD detectives have begun a full investigation. As of this post, cops are still waiting on a warrant to search the room. Yes she is. And Im so sick and tired of people making everything into comparisons and competetions on this board. Why not just celebrate and grieve Whitney? Damn!

I agree actually. It was just a caveat to put out there. Like I said, when you know someone just on first name terms that's how iconic. And no none of these artists need to prove their status.

Yeah, I apologize for snapping at you. I've just gotten enough of the comparisons for the night. People are comparing who's death is sadder/shocking between MJ or whitney. CNN keeps referring to whitney as the "Female Version Of MJ". It's annoying and exausting. But I see your point smile

I was never a fan of Whitney but this is terrible news. The song "i will always love you" sticks in my mind. Brings me back to the 90s. Some of my friends knew John Gotti's sister, she was hiding in some tiny shack in upstate NY after the shit hit the fan and I remember hanging at her pad and she was playing that song over and over. She had "the Bodyguard" vhs and was raving about it. Telling me how fucking great Whitney was. That moment stuck in my mind. I think Whitney's behavior kind of turned me sour in the same way Amy Winehouse. Terrible waste of natural ability. RIP Whitney.

What are you outraged about today? CNN has not told you yet?
