Berlin Sold Out!
News is coming in from the online edition of leading Berlin newspaper der Tagesspiegel that the 15,000 tickets for the June 28 Madonna concert at the O2 Arena sold out within minutes after the official ticket sale started.

If you check eventim.de now you will notice that only a few spare seated tickets in the highest price category are left.

A spokeswoman told der Tagesspiegel that she would not rule out the chance of a second show, but that she cannot specify anything at the moment.

Madonna tickets sell out in record time

By Tony Lofaro, The Ottawa Citizen February 13, 2012

OTTAWA — Madonna’s Sept. 10 show at Scotiabank Place was the fastest selling concert ticket in the history of Scotiabank Place, says concert promoter Live Nation.

Tickets went on sale Monday at 10 a.m. and sold out in 21 minutes, easily surpassing past shows by AC/DC and Bruce Springsteen at Scotiabank Place.

Prime seats were snapped up quickly and by mid-morning only limited-view seats were left for the concert which marks the pop icon’s first visit to Ottawa. Some of the limited view tickets were going for $45 in the 300 section and others were $165.

The top ticket price starts at around $350.

The Madonna tour, which begins May 29 in Tel Aviv, is a hot concert ticket this summer. Most shows are selling out fast, and in some cities, extra shows have been added. It is unlikely a second show will be added in Ottawa, says Live Nation.

The singer is performing a show Aug. 30 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, a Sept. 1 show at the Plains of Abraham site in Quebec City, and two shows at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Sept. 12 and 13.

Madonna's Tour Dates Selling Out Fast
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 02.13.2012

It's a hot ticket item...

Madonna's tour dates are going fast. Madonna.com has the available tour dates and New York's Yankee Stadium, with a capacity of 60,000, sold out in twenty minutes. Also sold out are dates in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Vancouver, Seattle, San Jose, Chicago and Los Angeles, all of which went in minutes.

Ticketmaster has responded by adding some "side seating/limited view" to some of the some of the shows, as well as additional nights in LA, San Jose, and Chicago.

I'm really hopeful I'll be able to get Madonna tickets for the 2nd show in Ottawa. They sold so fast that I wasn't able to get them for the first show. I'd like to see both shows though but gonna have to grab them on Ebay.

Although I find buying tickets for events is kinda the reverse for buying tickets for planes. You know if you buy a ticket for a plane well in advance you can get a discount. Well waiting for ticket prices to fall a couple days before a concert seem to work as well. I'll usually pickup cheap tickets that way on Stubhub.com or Ticketnetwork

OK,let's have some fun lol It's time to make your "dream setlist".Since we haven't heard all the songs from the new album yet,I'll just pick from the few songs that we have heard....

DREAM SETLIST

Dress You Up

Angel

Lucky Star

Crazy For You

Live To Tell

True Blue

Express Yourself

Cherish

Justify My Love (entirely new arrangement)

Deeper And Deeper

Secret

To Have And Not To Hold

Beautiful Stranger

Don't Tell Me

Hung Up

4 Minutes (a totally different arrangement and without JT's vocals)

Jump

Give Me All Your Luvin'

Girls Gone Wild

Turn Up The Radio

Masterpiece

***add 4 more new songs from 'MDNA' and it would be a solid setlist.

***Songs that should not be performed: "Music","Ray Of Light","Vogue"...these songs were played on the last tour and appear on her setlists too often,so let's give them a rest for now.

***I'd like to see a 'girl group segment' this time....inspired by the cheerleading of GMAYL.Madonna and the two backup singers (hopefully,Donna and Nicki) could do a girl group medley consisting of songs like "True Blue","GMAYL","Cherish","Beautiful Stranger",etc.

Okay, so after getting my tax return I decided to fork over the money and see Madonna.

I got tickets to her September 8th show in NYC. The tickets weren't that expensive. Under $200 for pretty good seats at Yankees stadium. Very excited!

Among many others, I hope she sings "Bad Girl", "Paradise (Not for me)" and "Angel". I would die if she sang those! Ahhh can't wait.

"And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ heart

"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always heart
