Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman

It really sickens me how a lot of my faves always end up cash poor, asset rich.

Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins, of the multi-platinum selling R&B group TLC, continues to tackle obstacles in her personal life.

According to reports, Watkins filed documents in a bankruptcy court last month, which revealed that she owes creditors $768,642, mostly from mortgages on her $1.2 million home.

Currently, it is unclear why Watkins made the move to bankruptcy as documents show her monthly expenses at roughly $8,821 and income at $11,700/month.

Watkins said she could have avoided filing if she was able to collect $250,000 in delinquent child support payments.

Despite millions of albums sold from four multi-platinum albums with TLC, Watkins says she only makes $1,200 monthly in royalties.

She has been battling Sickle Cell Anemia, an incurable blood disorder that leaves people exhausted and in constant pain, in addition to side effects from a treated brain tumor.

I heard Mac 10 wasn't keeping up with his child support but dayum, i didn't know it was that serious!

And how the hell she only make 1200 a month in royalties? Somebody screwed her over big time!

She ought to do a reality show like Chili and get some extra income. Po thang. sad

What's preventing her from suing ex-hubby Mach 10 for overdue child support? Is he too financially challenged to feed his own kid? confused

If I were her, I'd drop a mixtape, launch a solo career and hit the road. TLC still has a loyal fanbase to this day.

It also doesn't help that they got screwed by LaFace..they hold the record for Bankrupt artists. While LA Reid and Babyface are living off their backs still.

Overall isn't that happened with Toni Braxton, it was LaFace that screwed her too

Her 2nd album was HUGE, and I remember when the video for the 'last' single was released "How Could an Angel Break My Heart" was when the whole bankrupt thing dropped

All the songs from that album were hits she was everywhere, had a song from that album on Waiting 2 Exhale etc etc
