I swear, people just find ANYTHING to try and use against this girl. What's so tacky about rubbing your stomach and showing that you're a proud soon to be mom?

Seriously, the people that call her annoying are even more annoying because they keep talking about how annoying they think she is. If she's that annoying, stay away from shit that talks about her. Then you and I will be happy. lol

What's tacky is the way she announced it.

It really, really, was. She couldn't just take the time off, sneak away somewhere, have the baby and then come back and let us be concerned about what she was off doing during her "break". She would not have loss any dignity to say "I took time off to take care of my pregnancy and my new born child." I thought it was a sick cry for attention. I hope she doesn't develop Munchausen Byproxy Syndrome.

First of all... lol Who hides their pregnancy until the baby is born? Especially when you're a celebrity?? There's no way she could've hid it till the birth of the baby without any fans finding out about it. Plus, she's genuinely happy that she's pregnant and she wants to share that story to get blessings from fans and her friends. WOW SHE'S PURE EVIL isn't she lol??

And instead of selling her pregnancy announcement to magazines she decides to announce it on the red carpet...What's so tacky about that?

Lol! I never said she should "hide it". I'm just saying...I would think that females regarded pregnancy as something personal, and not as a publicity stunt, but what do I know about females, I'm gay after all.

And not all celebrities announce their pregnancy to the world. I'm not saying she's evil, I really don't care if she is or not. She's not gonna be MY mother lol

I don't think there's anything wrong with her announcing her pregnancy, but it's the way she did it. It was very tacky. Rubbing her stomach on that red carpet like it's some kind of accessory. It sickens me.

But at the same time, Angelina Jolie/Demi Moore/whoever aren't so hellbent on keeping themselves relevant and in the public eye, and announcing their pregnancy to coincide with an album in order to generate publicity. ^^ Exactly!!!
I agree the media is vicious which is a GIVEN.
However, I just find it amusing how some here are acting like Beyonce has no fault in some the backlash she is getting for this preggos mambo jumbo..
She WANTS this attention. If she didnt want attention on her pregnancy she would not have announced it like she did whether she is excited about it or not. She would not be going on talk shows discussing it and being public about it. I am glad she is happy about it but anyone is out of their mind if they do not think Beyonce is not purposely doing things to get attention for being pregnant because she is. So this backlash is partially deserving while I agree all of it isnt.
Fame does not work like that. You cant have it one way. She wants a positive feedback which she has gotten but at the same time.. she is going to get that negativity as well but she obviously doesnt care because thats more spotlight for her!

Um...Demi Moore appeared very pregnant and very naked on the cover of Vanity Fair, just weeks prior to her film, The Butchers Wife, being released.

And you know what? So what? It's silly for an pregnant celebrity to try and conceal a pregnancy; the press and public are going to find out. What the hell you being so hush-hush for? IRL, I haven't known any happily pregnant woman who wasn't quick to talk about their pregnancy to just about anybody. That's just what women do; so why would Beyonce be any different?

Furthermore, if Beyonce hadn't announced her pregnancy at the VMA's, the next day everyone would have been speculating about why she looked so fat at the show.

Well of course people would have eventually found out...

But at the VMA's, she didnt look like she gained weight...

She didnt even look pregnant!

No one would have never known if she had not said anything. She wasnt even that far along to have been holding her stomach like she was or to have revealed it if she felt people would have noticed.

She had on a loose dress.

Why does it seem like in hollywood the only time a woman wears loose dresses she MUST be pregnant? lol That isnt true.

I understand all the points made here in Beyonces defense and I agree with all of them BUT at the same time she is to a degree manipulating the media with garnering more publicity and attention because she is pregnant.

...but because she did, now you apparently are. lol

Her pregnancy, therefore it was her choice to announce it however she wanted to...no matter how "tacky" you deem it. My guess is that she didn't ask call you before or after the show to get your take on the situation. It is what it is, and you can scream or type "tacky" until your throat has nodes or your hand develops carpal tunnel...the bottom line is that no one asked you; your take on the situation is ultimately futile.

And as far as her not having the hype Brangelina did with their child goes, please. Her pregnancy has been followed closely (and mentioned incessantly) by the media ever since she announced it. Every day there's a new magazine cover and/or article about it...and as soon as she gives birth, the press and paparazzi are going to be clamoring for a first picture/interview. It's been a hot topic since the story broke and will continue to be one until the kid enters kindergarten. So I'd say the hype of Beyonce's pregancy is pretty akin to the hype Brangelina got with theirs...and you can pat yourself on the back for adding to it here. biggrin

The good reverend Myra has spread a word. IT WAS A GOOD word. And I'm taking it upon myself (being a member of the church of Beyonce(elder Jay-Z presiding) to further spread the good news.

The rumors are flying, is Beyonce really pregnant, is she wearing a fake baby bump, will she use a surrogate, will she adopt, will she give birth naturally?

We'll never know the truth because Hollywood has a network of fixers, handlers and concierge's to handle any situation. This celebrity network can even fast track adoptions for celebrities.

If a celebrity is in need of an organ transplant, this same network can get them on top of the list.

When you're rich, you have unlimited access to services not available to the general public.

Keep in mind, regarding the Beyonce pregnancy or non-pregnancy, everyone will be signed to an iron clad secrecy agreement-including the doctor who delivers the baby (for Beyonce or the surrogate).

This is why I love Myra. Common sense people!
There is a big ass thread 'discussing' how the pregnancy is fake blah blah blah. I'm tryna figure out who thinks there will actually be a bombshell moment when media goes 'Ha! Caught ya Bey. You know damn well you ain't pregnant!'
It will never happen....fact
We will only know what they want us to know about this pregnancy....fact
We....will.....deal. ...........FACT

And yall know Jay Z ain't gone let us have the last laugh calling his child ugly. That baby was manufactured in the lab to look like a black barbie/ken doll, and you WILL give him/her their 10's when you see them. Lol

Now yall can go back to 'exposing' the biggest couple in current music
