Solange Knowles and Pharrell Williams have been pictured in the studio together working on the singer’s third album.
The new project is said to have a dance, new wave-inspired sound.
The pair have collaborated several times in the past on Solange’s 2003 debut Solo Star and most notably on ‘I Decided’ off her 2008 release Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams.
She tweeted: “So excited my album is shaping up so well! My sessions here with Pharell have been amazing.”

Solange is an artist in the truest sense of the word. I think her work comes from the heart and I greatly admire her independent streak. I don't think she's in it for platinum sales and product endorsements. | |
