Van Halen ~ Hot For Teacher You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
A Fantastic and classic album, that made the boy's legends. The drums and guitar on this are killer... Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

I wonder what happened to the new album they were recording. I guess it got lost in limbo like The Time's. it's finished in the can and coming out soon apparently, Mark Tremonti from Alter Bridge, who's friends with Wolfgang, has heard and said it's killer, let's hope it's more VH1 than the bonus tracks from the greates hits they did with DLR. Big ol' skool VH fan here. Meaning with DLR on vocals. Been waiting for this new album for some time now. 27 years? Lol. I do believe we will be hearing something very soon. And as a fan of the 2 songs they did with DLR back in '96 on the greatest hits collection, I look forward to this. Btw, I found this site to be the most up to date and reliable news source for VH. Great VH stories, articles, old video stuff etc as well. Check it out.
Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way.

I'm definitely interested to hear what the new stuff is going to be like. Hopefully it's going to be music first, image-upkeep second. I'm not really counting on it, but with dave they've never let me down before.

excellent articles on that site! Love the amateur black and whites from when nobody knew them. It seems incredible that record labels passed them up and they had to "convince" Gene Simmons that they had the goods. Van Halen destroys Kiss on every level that isn't related to face paint.

The 'brown sound' rules.
It would be cool to see a "where are they now" on the kids that played the band in the video.

this song is one of my all time favorites with VH. The guitar playing of Eddie is epic. Used to play this song on the guitar back in the days.
You just made me remember how good EVH was back in the day. 2 bad he has lost most of it nowdays. His best work is actually from the late 70's and early 80's as a guitarist.
