OK. So, I probably shouldn't feed this trend, but this one could be fun. razz Speaking from experience, I can say that RN (which I love more than is advisable) is waaaay harder to learn, but the beauty of Thriller is that it's not super hard to learn and is really customizable (which, OK, makes it sound like a browser or something). You don't have to be a great dancer to do it -- if you look awkward, it works in your favor. If you turn in the wrong direction or something you can just pretend you did it so you can eat the brain of the person next to you. So many possibilities! Even though I stan hard for Janet and like RN the song better and love its message, I may have to go with Thriller here. Plus IMO zombies dancing is more shocking than soldiers dancing -- or at least it was when it first happened. Now it's such a staple of zombiedom that I plan on using my Thriller dance fluency to blend in when the zombie apocalypse happens.

That's not even because it's MJ or Thriller. It's just common sense.

I had a feeling this would be RN vs. Thriller, and nice cover-up title lol

Thriller is brilliant for the concept, choreography, makeup, script everything and is iconic, but it's all I've heard about since I knew he existed, and I even had a Thriller toy. Though I know how to do most of Thriller, I feel I look awkward, but I guess it is a zombie dance after all so it's okay.

I find RN easier to do though, the stiff style works in my favour and the moves in it are so brilliant and takes work to remember, though they are also tiresome if you include the breakdown at the end

Another important thing to remember about Thriller is that knowing it will someday be a very important survival skill. Come the zombie apocaplypse, if you can't dance along, they'll KNOW you're not one of them and you'll get eaten instantly. I'm just saying.

Alphastreet, if you look awkward, it probably means you're doing it right. smile

[Let's put it this way, how many movies, videos, television shows, parades, awards shows, prisons and its prisoners, (the list goes on and on and on) do you see paying homage to R.N.? That should answer this question and bring this thread to a close! biggrin lock - June7]
