A nice special with behind the scenes stuff that we've never seen would be nice, but unfortunately I think it will be more of the same, the children being dragged in front of the cameras again and siblings 'representing' him while kissing up to the media.

If you have Comcast On Demand they have some MJ specials they're showing right now, along with a bunch of his music videos.

Those two years have passed by so swiftly. I can still feel the shakes and anxiety I experienced when getting that call from my mother, informing me that Mike was hospitalized and turning on CBS to see the drama unfold. We had just lost Farrah Fawcett that same day and something was in the air. I knew it. Just something that I will never forget. It was as if someone was playing a sick joke or I was in some kind of weird nightmare. When it was confirmed that he died, I was just mortified, shocked, paranoid and scared. Seeing the hundreds of people cluttered at the UCLA medical center is an image that will never escape my conciousness. My mind went blank at that moment and that whole rest of the day. I couldn't eat, watch any special or news broadcast involving his sudden death, or listen to music. That day was just...ugh! Seeing the helicopter taking off with his body to arrive at the coroner's officers was just sickening and sad. All this didn't hit me until the night of June 26th, when watching the "Gone Too Soon" and "Liberian Girl" videos and just sobbing and crying, as I lost a loved one. It was truly an emotional rollercoaster for me! We'll truly miss him. cry rose

Anyone else heard about Aaron Carter's supposed comments about Michael lately?

"I spent such an incredible time with him, but I was also troubled about what he did to me. He gave me wine, he gave me drugs, then my mom called the police"

He was in Spain doing a concert and apparently he said this there?

Aaron Carter is an addict who has spent time in rehab. Furthemore, he was at least 14 or 15 when hanging out with Mike. More than old enough to where he was doing whatever he wanted.

Somehow, I doubt that Michael forced a teen to drink or do any drugs. Just souds like attention-seeking to me.

For some weird reason, yesterday it also hit me and I was crying after quite a long time. Weird thoughts like "two years ago, Mike had last 7 days of his life ahead" etc. hit me and they are still unbelievable to me. cry

If this is true, then how come we didn't hear anything about this? I'm sure it would have been all over the news with the headlines of "MICHAEL JACKSON GIVES AARON CARTER DRUGS AND ALCOHOL."

Sounds like the rantings of a drug addict looking for someone to blame imo.

This is why...even though Mike was trying to be nice, you can't trust everybody in your home no matter how old they are. Teenagers, at that age, are still exploring and experimenting. Especially since he didn't seem to be in his house all the time, it's not uncommon for pre-teens/teenagers, especially, to go around looking for shit, because they will find it. I don't know if it's true or not, but knowing what the charges were in 2005 it seems these kids got into his stash and then turned around and claimed that he 'gave' it to them. I still feel like in his duty to save the children of the world, he was only trying to save himself. Which he couldn't do, because it was just too late.

I honestly kinda tear up when I watch the latest videos that were created for the "Michael" album because I know MJ would have never done those videos like that. Now that I think about it, everything about that album is wrong. Even the songs he's actually singing on [except for "Behind The Mask"]... sad

The songs he actually did sounded unfinished anyways, they probably were.

How do we know aaron really said that? Anyway I think they are probably going to show that Jackson movie nonstop and a couple specials, Magazines and BET will do a crappy tribute/mention as usual. They most likely won’t go all out until the 5 years anniversary of his death hit.

The twitter link is down.

Was it from Aaron's verified account?

Here is what he told People magazine in 2004.

On his playdate at Neverland with Jackson, who has been charged with child molestation: "Michael and I have been friends for three years. I went to Neverland for his (45th) birthday bash. We were smashing cake in each other's faces. It was really cool. Until 5 a.m., me, him and Chris Tucker were out on four-wheelers, riding around in the mountains. Nothing happened between me and Michael. We didn't sleep in the same room, we didn't share a bed. We have a normal friendship. There's nothing sexual to it."

Here is his VERIFIED account - http://twitter.com/#!/iamaaroncarter - no mention there.

Aaron did NOT say that. He did an interview recently and defended Michael

SS: I know that you and Michael Jackson were friends and I’m so sorry for your loss as well as the rest of the world’s loss. Have you taken any comfort in reflecting on your relationship with him and knowing he is now at peace?

AC: I kind of have some animosity. I knew Michael personally and we grew up very similar. His death, for some reason, made people realize, but only for a minute—that their negativity in this world is what brings everybody down. It’s a very touchy subject for me. Michael was a very timid person. The world made him timid, but he also felt he had to continue to keep himself out there and show his face because he had all of those fans. He really did love his fans. That was the only thing that kept him going—was his fans and that he wanted to make the world a better place. When he said that, he wanted to help people be more positive and be more caring and giving. It didn’t really happen. People just mourned over the fact that he died instead of realizing what he did. That’s pretty much all I have to say.

If you haven't checked forums like Max Jax, there's been a huge number of fake songs being passed off as Michael. It's not like the Cascio situation, but fans who hear a song that "kinda" sounds like Michael and try to pass it off. A friend of mine recently told me about someone saying they had "Goin' To Rio" (an unreleased song from 1977). He sent me the clip.....and it was actually Alfonzo (the guy who sang Actions Speak Louder Than Words) and his cover of Boz Scaggs' "Low Down" lol
