I'm not familiar with that song, but I certainly like that line. I'm thinking; how many times have I reached out... as a last try? People in my life have usually found out... TOO LATE.

OH! Okay, I recognized that line from when I watched the live clip that you posted earlier in the thread. Yeah, it's a lovely song. Reading the lyrics, I understand better now what the song is about... and I can completely relate (...as with many of her songs).

One of the things I hate most when artists that I love die, is discovering more of their music that I hadn't heard before, that was there all along. I suppose that could be a good thing though, in spite of their death.

I'll never get used to people dying.

I feel a bit of shame buying her music now with her passing away, but I hope to find her many gems while hearing her sing from now on. GOD bless her family and friends left behind, let's celebrate her legacy.

i was hoping for her recovery. peace to her soul.

I was shopping on the 16th of april for Record Store Day. I picked up her album, It Looks Like (Phoebe) Snow. It didn't make any sense to me that I didn't own any of her records as much as I loved her voice. And here we are, ten days later and she's gone. I rarely cry at the passing of a celebrity but this hurt my heart.

Damn, I've been out of the news loop for awhile and I hadn't been aware Ms. Snow was even ill, and now she's gone. May she Rest In Peace.
