i wish i coulda been there to see those minor threat/trouble funk shows... i was in a band which covered minor threat quite a bit, actually... i like pretty much all the stuff ian mac kaye's done- embrace, teen idles, fugazi...

Yeah Ian MacKaye is a great singer from what I've heard. I will do some more investigating into his work. The Minor Threat work is s.i.c.k.

i don't know if he is a great singer necessarily... he does a lot of 'talk-singing'... but i like a lot of the d.c. punk stuff. east coast in the house! i met mac kaye a bunch of years ago... he's a cool dude.

Well maybe not technically. I was actually thinking of a different word. I guess great performer is what I was really trying to say lol
