The videos showcases quotes made by Xtina and others that have worked with her. No one's judging her as the 'satan spawn'. It's just based off the video and other reports she comes off as a nasty and trashy bitch. The fact that she even had the audacity to throw gum that she chewed into the audience seals this. ^ I acknowledged that the quotes may be out of context, as mentioned in my post. In fact, that quote about Lady Gaga being "fun to look at" WAS taken out of context. Christina was complimenting her and saying that she was unique and fun to look at (in a good way). However, me and others are responding specifically to the video of her throwing her gum and commenting on the journalist coughing during her interview.

I like Christina's voice. Her as a person I don't know well enough to say I like or dislike her. I think she's a diva who's full of herself, just like most celebrities except when Christina doesn't like something or someone she has the balls to say it out loud to the person. Seriously, Madonna used to do the exact same things before she seemed to turn all nice over recent years. I've heard quite a few artists say or do something nasty towards their fans or other artist at some point in their careers so I'm not going to pick on just Christina because that would be biased and pathetic IMO. Plus, people seem to not understand that some fans would have happily taken her chewed gum which is disgusting to me but hell I remember when some crazy Britney fan actually bought her half-eaten corndog off of ebay. Some nutty Christina fan probably has that chewed piece of gum in a glass case in their house right as we speak . Not to mention, that I've seen celebrities pass their chewed gum to their assistants in the audience before so she may have just thrown it at one of her team members for safe keeping...again totally gross and pretty cheap because gum is like what less than a $1 for a full pack. The recession ain't that bad.

Comments on the video try to explain what really happened. Youtuber Tallstarr says “Christina didn’t throw it at her fans. It was a Ricola throat drop that she threw to her people.” Another member commented “I was there… she threw it to her assistant!“

Okay, I guess people really need to research videos more before posting them and bad mouthing because these comments were with the video on Youtube. Still gross either way that she would save anything out of her mouth, but again she's not the first or only celebrity I've seen do this so picking on only her for it is pretty ignorant and sad. Christina should just wear a shirt with this on it and call it a day (I know I would):

I like her, Bionic which I was listening to (Monday Morning) when I found this thread, is one of the best Pop albums of the past year. Yes the second half is weak and the bonus tracks should have been the second half but its still a great listen.

I think it's a tricky balancing act when you want to be 'the star' but also you need to try and show some humility and genuine personality as well. Cher does it perfectly. Christina, not so much.

Really in the end it is because Christina lacked originality. Her going back to the basics style was cool, but it still to this day seems like she never really FOUND her thing sop to speak. You would think after 15 years in the game by now....
