Damn, that is a KILLER groove drool and you know I'm extremely partial to session keyboardists doing their own solo thing; Greg Phillinganes, Don Blackman, Lesette Wilson, Junie, Bernie Worrell, etc.

I don't think I know much about Terry Burrus, in fact I don't know ANYTHING about him outside this thread except for his session work with Phyllis Hyman.

Yeah...he's really gotten around. Played with Tom Browne, too...on "Funkin For Jamaica"..among prolly 100 others.

The b-side is instrumental and a notch slower. Marcus Miller produced it.

Yeah...he's really gotten around. Played with Tom Browne, too...on "Funkin For Jamaica"..among prolly 100 others.

Looks like Tom's "Magic" album was the first one he performed on though
