When Is Drake Gonna Leave Young Money?

You know it's coming...

When is he gonna wake up and realize he's better than Wayne? I'm by no means saying he's incredible because he isn't but between him and Weezy he wins. The Vice President can't be more powerful than the President. When is he gonna pull a Game - 50 Cent and flee the coop?

I give it another year or two.

Drake is too much of Lil'Wendy's biggest fan to leave Young Money Records.

Weezy got that ass on lock, trust. But if I was Drake right now, I'd stay with Young Money. They really are the only game popping off right now, unless you are Rihanna sucking, er....being friendly with Jay Z. No one else is pimping, er, promoting their artists the way Wayne is. Gremlin got a good head for business.

I am shocked that people actually take Drave seriously. How does Canada continue to churn out these acts that defy their upbringing (Alanis Morressett being the other one)?

Why in the hell would you put Alanis & Drake in the same sentence? Drake can only hope his career can lasts as long as Alanis. lol

And don't get it twisted. There are certain Canada artists that are worth name-checking. BTW, have you ever heard of Bryan Adams? wink

Because they were both child stars who faked a new image and achieved American success from it. Duh! lol

Laugh now, but I've heard Alanis' first two career albums from her pre-Jagged Little Pill days. With those dance-pop tracks, she was Canada's answer to Debbie Gibson! cool

Young Money is not going to last mostly everybody there will be collecting dust, Drake and Nicki both need to leave. They will be a little better I guess. I like Drake old music and even Wayne was better before he made young money. They all three overrated though but they got crapper with young money. I think drake needs to continue writing for other artists unthinkable and yesterday are decent.

So, she changed her entire image? Or did she change languages? Help me here cause I haven't a clue about her past.

Divide and conquer, eh?

Translation: "When are they going to stop messing around with those n*ggs?"

Whenever the "pop" crowd likes a black person who is affiliated with a lot of other blacks, they try to divide them. What's the house negro doing out there with those field negroes?

They thought that was going to happen with Andre3k but he kept it 3000 and is still tight with the dungeon family and his ATL affiliates. Ha! Not everybody is Will-I-Am.

Drake and Nicky Minaj are both flavor-of-the-month types who, because of a weak ass industry, are far outlasting their expiration dates. If this were 1991-1997, it would be game over for the both of them by now. Any earlier and they wouldn't even have a shot.

Why would Drake leave Young Money when its because of YM that Drake is where he is?

People just want Drake to "pop out" and start doing songs with Paramore, Ke$ha, Taylor Swift or Katy Perry and get some "mainstream" production behind his voice.

Well, 2011 will bring in some other cornball to take his place. Dude is highly overrated.
