When he was a rotation host for the Late Late Show, he ripped up an Eddie Murphy poster and said "move over Eddie, there is a new star in town" or something like that.

He also accused him of taking one of his sketches and using it in Hollywood Shuffle ...

Well damn Robert. lol

Hey but like Arsenio said, they were a buch of guys who wouldn't sue each other. lol

To date, [Eddie Murphy]'s films have earned a reported $632 million in domestic receipts alone. Under the extension, Murphy will make a third "Beverly Hills Cop." He also will be allowed to create projects with show biz pals like comedian Arsenio Hall and actors Robert Townsend and Paul Mooney. "We have a group of about 10 that I like to call `the Black Pack,' " Murphy said. "We basically hang out together and bounce ideas off each other."

Interesting. lol Thanks.

OF course, everything was patched up way back then. Murphy put both Hall and Townsend on his special Uptown Comedy Club (an unknown Chris Rock was also on this HBO Special back in 1987.)
