He bought her a Jaguar(I think) when she performed with him in Vegas back in the early 70s.

Sammy's b'day should be on DVD.

I didn't really get into him until after he passed away. He was an extraordinary dancer

To be perfectly honest, I enjoy Sir Sammy Davis MOSTLY when he's mute His pair of legs(and occasional fire) were his strength.

I've NEVER looked at him in the same light ever again after I watched this classic....

He was different in that movie than in everything else he did before or since, and to me, it proved that there was substance behind all that hollywood persona. He was the epitome of cool in that film.
