I only know the second version that you posted. I love it.

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."

I loved SWV. I had the cd, then I lost it, then I bought the second album, it got a lot of play at the time but I haven't listen to it for over 5 years but I re-bought the first one about a month ago. I like both versions, of course the remix is better.

I want to just say..somewhere out there exists a remix of this song that is basically the beat alone with

Michael singing "Human Nature" - I like that version best, even though I haven't heard it yet.

(Apparently it is better than the remix version of it on YouTube)

bboy where are you? lol

Maybe you are talking about the version from their remix album? You get Michael Jackson singing half of 'Human Nature' there but u also get the girls singing 'Right Here' (yeah it's a long version)

My vote goes to the original version.

THIS is the genre New Jack Swing that we're talking about. Right Here is one of those classics from that genre that got overshadow by the downtempo Right Here (Human Nature Mix).

"Right Here" ain't no damn classic NJS track.... and the "Right Here (Human Nature Remix)" (which IS a classic) aint downtempo. lol

The "Right Here (Human Nature Remix)" overshadowed the original rightfully so...The track was just simply better than the original thanks to Teddy Riley and the MJ sample. The track it self was so plain (though I do usually like original tracks more than the use of samples and such)

If we talking about "Im So Into You", then yeah that is argubly a classic NJS track.

Excuse you, but Right Here is a New Jack Swing track. And that Human Nature Mix is sure as hell NOT a uptempo dance track.

Use your ears to listen a little harder next time. lol

Where in my post did I say "Right Here" is not a NJS track? Please read carefully next time before you type... If you actually read the post you would see that I said it's not a 'CLASSIC' NJS track.

Use your eyes and read a little better next time. lol

LOL. What was the third one? If you are referring to Right Here Human Nature Remix being an uptempo track, those words never came from my mouth either. To me that song is neither up/downtempo, but a midtempo. Though if someone called it an uptempo track I wouldn't be mad at them for classifying it as that.

Uptempo NJS for tha era is more like 'Humpin Around', 'If I Had No Loot', 'What About Your Friends' etc... IMO.

The Human Nature Mix is NOT midtempo neither. It's slower than midtempo.

This kinda bridge new jack swing with what became "hip-hop soul" and the MJ remix of "Right Here" is definitely "hip-hop soul".

This song was actually the one that got me hooked to SWV. I thought they were just "okay" after the original "Right Here".

It was the ballad "Weak", summer of `93 that really got me hooked on SWV - probably the majority of the mainstream did at that point. It was the third single after "Right Here (Original Version)" and "I'm So Into You". The Human Nature remix arrived last.

I loooove that remix, I played it all the time though I got into it much later than when it came out. I had heard it in the 90's but could never get it on tape though my cousin had it on the SWV CD, and I found myself enjoying their New Beginning material that time.

I love both versions but I feel the original more. That's the version that takes me way back to my childhood during that time period.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
