This really does sounds like an outtake from the Ronald Isley and Burt Bacharach 2003 callaboration album, Isley Meets Bacharach. It doesn't sound that all different from the version that appeared on that album, except Lauryn is featured on this one...so I don't know if this is really new. Maybe unreleased, but not new.
