I found this on BlogTalkRadio earlier tonight, written by Jay King, who was in Club Nouveau (Lean On Me). This is the show's description:

My Brother was killed earlier in the week by the Vallejo Police Department, you can go to google and put his name in Michael Todd White - vallejo and you can read all of the stories the VPD have put out and the changing circumstances of his death. My brother was no angel, but he was no monster either as a matter of fact he was happy and laughing most often then not, even when he was in prison. The Police act as a gang and whether black,white, male or female and you've encountered the Police in some type of dispute you know what i'm talking about My brother was arrested by 12 police officers (in a bankrupt town) tased at least twice but as many as 4 times while handcuffed, he died.... VPD said they did nothing wrong, they drug a lifeless body from a its home and put it in a squad car and they said this same lifeless body put up a struggle outside the home, the story is rdiculous, doesn't fly and won't go unnoticed... I can't let that happen, my 47 yr old brother is dead as a result of murder by the same people who we pay to serve and protect!!! Vallejo? Wow, the Bay Area police are not looking good right now

Worked in Vallejo for the past 6 years. He's right when he said that the city is bankrupt. We could hardly even get 1 police officer to respond to our emergencies...yet 12 police officers responded to one call? And they killed dude? That's crazy yo.

Officers across the nation have tased people to their deaths. A few years back some officers in Louisiana tased this man repeatedly while he was "hog tied" in the back seat of a squad car. He ended up dying on the spot. And the coroner spoke to the press and made a statement that the man was "executed" in the back seat of a car because he was tased some ungodly number of times. Damned shame.

People manage to make "non-lethal" weapons....lethal.
