It was inspired by the 1973 thriller, The Exorcist. You can't tell? I think all of Pedro Bell's illustrations for Funkadelic's later albums were dope...biggrin

Whatever happend to the coffee table book's project that was supposed to be released this year? hmmm

I read an article that all of those albums covers(and inside booklets) that were illustrated by Pedro will be featured in the book, along with outtakes and alternate covers as well.

I hope that book gets released.

There's a coffee book table that was supposed to come out? Where was I? Hope it gets released eventually.

"Let's play a game called I hate that word dick... I hate that word called dick, it sounds awfully thick, so I think I'll call it 'prick', because I hate that word 'dick'." falloff

I love how Bernie (and Garry on the rhythm guitar) took the song to another level. This was like Bernie's "Maggot Brain" in a sense.

I have a quick question, was it George who was speaking or Eddie Hazel. Because I'm looking at the YouTube comments and someone said Eddie's name so I wonder if he was the one who did that recitation lol

Bootsy Collins described him as the "Duke Ellington of funk" in the sense that one of his strengths was he surrounded himself with greatness, and he never felt cagey or reluctant to let them do their thing, even if it means that they'll upstage him.
