Agreed. I have been having this 'discussion' on the 'Original Time' tour thread on the Associated Artists Forum. Been roundly lambasted for it though.
Funk is its own reward.

I'll go with The Time. When I think of funky music, I think of what I can dance to. I can dance to Time's music a lot easier than Cameo's music. It's a case of holding up the wall versus burning up the floor.

Call it a draw knowin what Larry and Company can do live and the fact that I just saw Morris Saturday nite at Carolina Colesium and with Jerome, Ricky, Tori,and Jellybean backin him up, (didn't recognize the keyboardists although I wondered if that was Monte Moir with them) they turnt the mutha out and tore the roof off the sucka!!!! smile
