I doubt any of the Wayans (especially Keenen, that was his show and I think he's still upset over it) will show up. Of course if Keenen shows up, the others will follow suit. it has been confirmed, tour, biopic is gonna be handled by BET Films Michael Bivins aaid on twitter, and possible reality show about all 6 coming back together it's starting this fall with some promotional shows and all six will be onstage singing all of New Edition's hits and solo hits together not like Home Again where Bobby sang on songs he did before being kicked out or songs from Home Again then leaving the stage then coming back to do solo stuff and rejoining them at the end. This time all six will stay on stage together whether Bobby and Johnny was on a song or not which means Johnny will stay on when they do Candy GIrl, Cool It Now or Mr. Telephone Man and Bobby will be on those too likewise Bobby will stay on stage even when they do If It Isn't Love Can You Stand The Rain Crucial etc. Plus Bobby has lost weight you just couldn't tell with the tuxes they had on when he was doin the game show on Jay Leno a few weeks ago with Kevin Federline & Nicole from Fit Club Bobby was fit.

All the NE members performed together on BET during
the MJ tribute.

Johnny, Bobby, and Ralph were there to promote "Heads of State." I don't think it was the reunion that some people were making it out to be. If it was wouldn't Ricky, Ronnie, and Mike have been there too?
I like how Monique is diggin into the archives. My only problem (and it's a small one) is when she had the cast of "House Party" on her show. She was short a few characters....where were Tisha, AJ, Martin, and Full Force? I think it would have been cute if "for old time sakes" Chill had bumped into the dj table and stared at the dj like he did Bilal.

Okay, I remember the NE episode of "Behind the Music," but when were they on "Unsung"? On "BTM" Ricky compared Bobby's presence as a cancerous tumor and mentioned that Bobby's entourage got into a fight with Ronnie's people. Also, Ralph did want to go solo, but when he found out that he had been replaced by Johnny, he changed his mind. So, yes, Ralph was shady.
Was Bobby really kicked out of the group or did he leave the group to start his solo career? I think the latter. Bobby wanted to free himself of the "squeaky-clean boy band" image that NE was known for.

New Edition - HELL YEAH!!!

And yes, as someone posted earlier, MC Lyte would be great also.

Well both yes he was tired of the squeeky clean image but he didn't not want to leave but he realized once he was out he liked being solo and away and later he regretted hence now he's back and they tried the reunion but BBD booked tour dates for two years and I remember Mike saying it's BBD time now baby New Edition's on the back burner. The real reason Ralph wanted to quit was Ricky, Mike, & Ronnie as well as their managers not Brooke Payne though some other big wigs who took New Edition from Brooke's reigns talked about kicking Bobby out Ralph wasn't down he told them it was right. He said Ronnie sat there looking said saying Bobby don't comply by the rules Ralph and you know it. Ralph told Bobby the stunt they was trying to pull. Bobby had to be restrained from the others cause he had hit Michael Bivins with a micstand for sayin to him you messin up the group and you gotta go. Mike already told Bobby that at the show where he was kicked out in 1985 Bobby wanted his shine on stage and kept singing Mr. Telephone Man the band cut him off. Bobby said f"" ya'll to Mike, Ricky, & Ronnie if you listen to Mike say that on Bobby's episode on Behind The Music that's what he was referring to when he said the band cut the mic off I told him he messin the group up Mike grabbed Bobby when he was trying to take his coat off and Bobby threw his micstand at Mike and said f*** ya'll so Mike said to Ricky, Ronnie, & Ralph did this nigga just hit me. Keep in mind they were young but the project mentality came out in them the night he was kicked out and also during the Home Again tour it was always issues between Ralph & Bobby vs. BBD always conflict but they are working those issues out.
