Jay, Conan, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, etc would NEVER have any of these acts. George Lopez might have Cherrelle and Lenny, but I can't see the rest of them on his show either.

This is all new to Monique; the few times I'v caught her show I've seen some improvement in terms of her interviewing skills. So, I'm hoping she'll calm down a tad still be herself, grow and learn to become a decent/good talk show host.

In my opinion, this is the absolute best Black late night talk there has been. Look at the guests on this show. Almost every night I've enjoyed the guests. The lone exception was the Tyler Perry TV show guests, all of those folks show be barred from TV.
