Anyone Here Into N'Dambi?

I didn't know who she was until I DVR'd the Stax 50th Anniversary Concert on HDnet. I didn't watch all the concert, because it was very stop-n-go with Randy Jackson and Chuck D. introducing everyone.

However, some chick named N'Dambi came out and tore up "If Lovin' You Is Wrong" (I think). She was awesome. I found her album Pink Elephant and have listened to some of it.

This chick is incredible. I need to dig around for her other albums.

She's got 3 or 4 other albums besides the one on Stax.

Tunin' Up and Co-signin' has some real good songs on it. That would be my suggestion for anyone interested in her.

I am mad because she performed here (Nashville) a couple of weeks ago but I didn't find out until 4 days after the fact. Then I saw some people dissing Nashville online because they didn't support her show. I think she needs a better publicity team.

Hell yes woot!

I've been a fan of her eversince I saw her backing up Erykah Badu on stage along with Keisha Jackson(Millie's daughter, another talented dame).

Aside from Pink Elephant, this is the album that you really need to hear...

That is the only one I don't own. I need to get that. N'Dambi is great, but she's a contralto so don't expect a huge vocal range coming from her. She's mellow though and good for vibin' to.
