This shit really has me laughing!!!!! :rofl: I've heard about ?uestLove saying this mess. This dude is on something that's for sure.  Even though I'm not a Huge MJ fan and I like Prince a lot more, even I admit that what he said was retarded as hell. MJ changed music period. Beyonce, IMO, was better when she was in a group than she was as a solo artist, and even then I didn't care too much about her. The only this woman has ever done for me was regret ever listening to her music.
Yes as people said before on this thread, every artist that has come out the last 25-30 years has been claimed the Next such and such. Usher, constantly claimed as the next MJ Chris Brown same thing JT same damn thing Next Prince D'angelo Maxwell etc. etc. Give me a fuckin' break, man. 
And sadly, this shit is NEVER going to end. 90% of today's music is very uncreative and it's just re-creating (poorly) the concept of the 80s. No offense to people who like Lady Gaga, but to me, I find her music to be uninteresting, I'm not saying she's bad, I just don't care for her at all. The only artists I have ever looked forward to that came out in recent years are Ludacris, Lupe, and Kanye. Other than that, it's whatever. | |

As old as this is, it deserves to be bumped because of the stupidity behind it. Questlove and Touré have discussed this BEFORE, the previous time being about two-three weeks after Michael's death.
