I love Holding Back The Years.


I have their Blue album. The title track and "the air that I breathe" are awesome.

Holding Back The Years,Home and LOOK INTO YOUR EYES (my favorite) are amazing songs.

I do have to admit that I first heard soulful house remixes of these songs and fell in love all over again with Simply Red. Here are the original versions. Still amazing.

LOVE them. Each album always had at least a few gems. Their live DVDs are awesome too. They'll be missed.

One of my fav bands but this whole "Farewell Tour" thang is a joke. Simply Red is Mick Hucknall and a bunch of sessions players. The original members of Simply Red have been long gone since the early 90's. Plus, Mick's already indicated he is going to go solo sooooo....what's the big deal?
