Of course, I don't know how your friend look like, but I cannot help but wonder sometimes if they want to keep color in the family, if you know what I mean.

Yes, I understand. It's hard to know the orgins of why they marry in that manner (Aside from just plain 'ol love.)

I don't want to be snipped or anything but in a lot of families with a perfect African-American matriarch all of the sons marry another race. I don't really understand the semantics it. (Again, aside from plain ol love.)

In my family there is one lady who is lovable like Claire Huxtable but her brother and all of her sons married White Women. One day she was perplexed about it. Like I said I don't say this to incite people are people and it's the Spirit of the person that counts.

Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled thread.

Sure, no pun intended. Back to the discussion nod

This would be the perfect opportunity for Sony/Legacy to release deluxe editions of The Jacksons, Goin' Places, Destiny, Triumph, Live, Victory, and 2300 Jackson Street

Those are already out except for 2300 jackson street , those albums were staring at me in the face earlier when I was shopping unless you talking about bonus material on it.

Well Destiny and Triumph was already re-released earlier this year, but it would be cool if Sony/Legacy could release deluxe edition of The Jacksons, Goin' Places, Victory & Live.

You mean like in a boxset right? I already have those albums so it wouldn't make sense for me to get it again

I know they were released in a box set, but they were the same CDs with tinny sound that were released in the early 90's. The only difference is the inferior cardboard packaging that the CDs are in. Destiny and Triumph were re-released early this year and remastered with clean and rich sound, new liner notes, and photos (complete with the original liners from the LP).

Jackie's son could get it. I am ready to get my cougar on. Has anyone figured out Jermaine Jackson's hair yet? I am a stylist and I am stumped.

Not MJ, we were talking about Randall. But yea come to think about it Michael & Randy did kinda peak in the same era.

MJ could have gotten it a little earlier though since he had 3 years on Randy. His YUMNESS began around 76-77 to about 85, 86. Randy's began a little later and ended a little earlier.

That's the best picture to use on a compilation cover nod

If they ever release a COMPLETE greatest hits album with all the J5 and Jacksons hits, that should be the cover cool
