Just because he has stuff saved in the vaults, does not make all of that material good. When I hear the term "prolific", artist like Marvin or John Lennon. These were artist that were able to create imagines with their songs. I would place Biggie in this category. Just because Pac had stuff in the vault, does not make him prolific.

Granted, some of 2pac's unreleased tracks are hit and miss. But tracks that were release after his death such as Killuminati, Nothing To Loses, & Changes are still pretty good.

Biggie was more in death than in life, but i feel 2pac was more of an artist first and foremost, both were criminals mind you. Biggie to me was about 6-7 albums away from being on 2pacs level, both needed to be more varied with their writing, but then again they were in an atmosphere were everything was "say it and you might die" kind of mentality.

Biggie always reminded me of Chubb Rock for some reason!! lol

especially considering that they lived, what, 3 houses apart from each other. LOL I have always said that Biggie's inspiration came from Chubb! It's so obvious!!

And BTW why people always trying to forget that Pac started in NY also wink

And yeah Biggie had an awesome flow, I wouldn't say he's the GOAT but he definitely stays in the top ten. RIP.

PS I grew up 3 blocks from Biggie LOL

LOL you can say that again!!!! To this day I wonder how the hell got anywhere in the music business, I mean come on this guy most have had to suck some dick just to get anywhere, I heard from people that he was kind of sweet and was fucking just to get somewhere. BTW, he's not a rapper or a singer, hell I wouldn't even consider him as a hype man. Diddy does not give a damn about the quality of music. lol lol lol

clapping It just means he has more music than Biggie, which really isn't a big deal because I've heard his songs that were released after his death and most of it is pretty lackluster at best.

You know the funny thing about those songs that were released after his death? I highly doubt that Biggie would have approved those songs being released, especially those "faux duets". Some of those pairings were just dumb and I doubt that Biggie would have done something with them in real life.

I know, right? lol Diddy made Bad Boy off the back off Biggie's ass anyways. When he died, the company slowly died with it. Like 'Pac's death did to Death Row.

JellyBean

He was ground breaking. He was well rounded (no pun intended) with his flow. The dude was very versatile. He was a superior lyricist, cutting battle rapper and fantastic personality able to create any kind of song about any kind of subject matter. The brother was good. So he has to be in the top-10,some where.
