Janet Jackson flash mob

Flash Mob America as we do 3 flash mobs on November 14th to surprise LA and celebrate Janet Jackson's Number Ones album.

This is gonna be huge!!!!

The press will be all over this, so plan to be all over the news across the world!!

We will do 3 flash mobs on Nov. 14th in 3 different locations!! You are not required to do all 3, but we definitely need people down to do all 3!!! And like before...the locations will be a secret! We will have rehearsals beginning 3 weeks before the event throughout the week in different parts of town. Please try to make it to at least one of them.

Here is the instructional video teaching the dance:
http://www.youtube.com/wa...StEAOFoJz4

It's an all new dance with a medley of a few of Janet's #1 hits. Again we are keeping the choreography simple so anybody can do it. We want dancers and non-dancers!!!

*Dress in your normal style so you look like everybody else.

At the big rehearsals the day of the event, we will put you in groups and instruct you on where you will be placed for the dance.

Please also RSVP to FlashMobAmerica@gmail.com with your email and phone number so we can get you the music and flier you can send to your friends and confirm your participation!!!

good thing I cook or else we'd starve to death...aint that a shame?

I'd LOVE to do that! I've always wanted to be in a Thriller flash mob or something. We have a beautiful train station here that I wish I could organize a flash mob in.

Put in "Flash Mob" on YouTube and view the first 3 results.

I wouldn't call it that. Her "Motown 25" moment was the 1987 Grammy Awards.

Talking about her most memorable performance. To be honest I remember more from her 1987 Grammy performance than the Super Bowl. Ain't that a shame? lol

No, it means you have a brain in your head, and you can see a bigger picture, unlike the people in media who STILL bring up "Janet Jackson, who had the now infamous wardrobe malfunction at the Super Bowl, released her new album six years after the incident...." As if the "incident" is somehow defining to her career. It's only a defining moment because folks won't let it go.

She's had great performances at award shows, great live concerts on HBO, and more.

Um no because Motown 25 was when the world saw MJ as more then a boy band singer. So by saying Superbowl is Janet's Motown 25 your saying that's when people noticed her as just Janet.

This is her Motown 25 moment:

Every move was precise and smooth, great vocals and funky as hell! Loves it!

What time is it?

Aww, thanks. But yeah I just don't remember it. To me, that moment was not as classic as people made it out to be @ the Super Bowl thing.

I love that grammys performance too, but my all time favourite is the MTV 1993 one and pleasure principle on the RN tour, plus I Get Lonely on Rosie.

YESSS! This was Janet's defining moment and what made her a pop icon over night! and I agree with the dancing being so precise and smooth. Tina Landon talked about this performance in an interview. She said it's the best dancing she has ever seen in her life.

At least this is being organized by fans (I'm assuming). Unlike some people who has her tour promoter and record label hire dancers for a flash mob.

I have that on DVD. I recorded the original broadcast. There's some part of that which appeared on the DVD of "From Janet to Damita Jo" compilation. It was a great show because Ryan Seacrest reunited Janet with a childhood friend. It was very touching. Janet performed 2 songs on that show, the other being "I Want You".
