that video made me think of this chapter in one of zora neale hurston's books, on the zombies of haiti. and how the zombies were created was as a sacfrificed of the rich and powerful. to get tht way they had to sacrifice someone and it ALWAYS had to be a love one, and they had to keep doing it or the demon/spirit/devil would come for them. this stuff definately has its roots in cultural fact, its kind of interesting seeing it applied to america
