Darlene Love Sam Moore Bruce and Sam have performed together several times. They're friends and Moore had several notable backup vocals on Human Touch. Darlene was the lead vocalist on The E Street Band's "All Alone on Christmas" and I'm sure she's played with Bruce before. He covered her "A Fine, Fine Boy" live (as "A Fine, Fine Girl"), in the '70s.

Each headliner will have guests on their sets, as well as the expected finale ending jams of life. Aretha and Annie will be doing "Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves" live together for the first-time ever; ditto for Stevie Wonder doing "Superstition" with Jeff Beck (whom he originally wrote the song for, but Motown squashed that notion and had it on the TALKING BOOK album by Wonder) HBO will be showing a 4 hour special of this 8 hour 2 night show during the Thanksgiving weekend. Yeah, Springsteen's played with almost everyone on the 29th bill (exceptions: Garfunkel, Beck and maybe Smokey) and some of them are good friends of his, so I expect to see more collabs.
