I can't stand to hear her sing that song today but I loved her performances of the song back in the 80's, this particular performance being one of my favorites.

David "Hawk" Wolinski transformed dope into melodies,,,and in result, we have Ain't Nobody love one of the most addictive songs ever written.

Its so hard to imagine that Chaka disliked that song at some point,,,,,

I'm soo pissed that my "Best of Chaka Khan" CD (which includes this track credited to Rufus) is an HDCD and won't rip! It I honestly might just buy another copy!

- That's interesting; she said she went to some classes to help sober up and get her life together and she has said that she belongs to the Church of Chaka Khan so idk shrug

I like the talkbox at the end.. it's only one little part that sings "Ain't Nobody" but I would have loved an extended version with more of the talkbox going on.

Oh yeah, what a f***ing tease when PRINCE and STEVIE tributed Chaka Khan a couple years back. They started playing a mega-funky version of Ain't Nobody but, then just flowed into Sweet Thing instead. It was good too, but I really wanted to hear Ain't Nobody.

Superstition ain't the way...

She was for a minute back in the late 90's when little Princey talked her into it. But, she's not a Scientologist any more. She says she is spiritual and she believes and accepts Jesus Christ but she does not follow any man-made relgions.
